Privacy Policy

Last updated Applies to Txtudio Coretech Private Limited

Who we are

Txtudio Coretech Private Limited (CIN U58200KL2025PTC098222), First Floor, 69/1016, Manath Kandi Building, PM Kutty Road, East Nadakkave, Kozhikode, Kerala 673006, India (“Txtudio”, “we”) is the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

What this policy covers

This policy covers txtudio.com. Snaptiqz and Workeron process different personal data, such as event attendees and employee records, and each publishes its own privacy policy on its own site. This policy does not cover them.

Personal data we collect

When you contact sales. Your name, work email, company or institution, the product you are interested in, your message and, if you tell us, how you heard about Txtudio.

When you join a waitlist. Your email address and which Coming soon App you want to hear about.

When you browse, with your consent. Google Analytics 4 collects how you use the site: pages visited, time on page, the device and browser you use, and your approximate location derived from your IP address. See Analytics below.

When you browse, always. Our hosting provider receives the technical data every website needs to deliver a page, such as your IP address and browser type, and keeps it in short-lived logs for security.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as passwords, financial details or health information on this website.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and follow up about the product you asked about.
  • To email you when an App you joined the waitlist for becomes available.
  • To understand which pages help visitors, and improve the site (analytics, only with consent).
  • To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

We process the data you submit in our forms on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form. Analytics runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: write to grievance@txtudio.com, or change your cookie settings on the Cookie Policy page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it.

Who we share it with

  • Our form service, which Txtudio builds and operates, receives what you submit in our forms. It is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India, and served through Cloudflare’s network.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and handles the technical data needed to deliver it.
  • Google LLC provides Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, for example to a court or a government authority.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used. It sets the cookies listed in our Cookie Policy. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not combine it with the data you submit in our forms.

Transfer outside India

Google Analytics 4 is operated by Google LLC, a company based in the United States, and the usage data it collects is processed outside India. Cloudflare operates a global network, so the technical data needed to deliver the site, and your form submissions on their way to our servers in Mumbai, may be processed in the country nearest to you. We transfer personal data outside India only to countries not restricted by the Government of India under section 16 of the DPDP Act 2023.

How long we keep it

  • Sales enquiries: 24 months after our last contact with you.
  • Waitlist emails: until the App launches and we have emailed you, or until you ask us to remove you.
  • Analytics data: 14 months.
  • Hosting logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them for security, typically a few days.

After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you can:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
  • withdraw your consent;
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to; and
  • have a grievance about how we handle your data addressed.

Write to grievance@txtudio.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

Grievances and complaints

Our Grievance Officer handles complaints about personal data. See the Grievance Officer page for their name, contact details and response timelines. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and institutions, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted their details, write to grievance@txtudio.com and we will erase them.

Security

We protect personal data with reasonable security safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) on this website.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
